By accessing or using JobPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use JobPilot
• One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use JobPilot only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or automate access to our platform
• Use the service to harass, spam, or harm others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

4. AI-Powered Services

JobPilot uses artificial intelligence for CV parsing, job matching, and CV tailoring. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content should be reviewed before use in job applications
• Match scores and recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI recommendations
• You retain ownership of your original CV content; AI-generated variations are licensed to you

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload to JobPilot, including your CV, profile information, and job preferences. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process this data for the purpose of providing our services. The JobPilot platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by JobPilot and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

JobPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job matches will result in employment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR obligations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice where reasonably possible.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
